              The company is managed by a six-member Board of Directors, who were appointed by the Ordinary General Assembly on 27/07/1442H (corresponding to 10/03/2021). The term of membership for the Board of Directors, including the Chairman of the Board, is five (5) years as a maximum per cycle

              The Board of Directors always strives to ensure the attendance of a majority of its members, especially non-executive directors, at the General Assembly meetings. The company’s governance regulations include procedures for the functioning of the Board of Directors, with special emphasis on listening to shareholders’ proposals and inquiries, responding to them, and addressing shareholders’ questions and suggestions regarding the company’s performance. These interactions are documented in the minutes of the Assemblies. Additionally, the company provides members with minutes of the Assemblies meetings, which include any shareholder inquiries if present, and members are informed of any inquiries or questions received by the company through various communication channels
