Recommendation of the Board of Directors to the General Assembly of the Company, issued to split the nominal value of the share from SAR 10 to SAR 1 per share, while keeping the capital unchanged.

As a result, the number of shares of the company will become 200,000,000 shares instead of 20,000,000 shares after completing the necessary regulatory procedures and obtaining the approval of the General Assembly.
